More about the release

We believe as creative people our voices are always stronger together. Brands, governments, analysts and their trends, love to tell us what's happen in the year ahead.

But ultimately, it's creative people who set the course of the arts ecosystem with our visions for the future. Instead of a year-in-review, we wanted to hear from our friends, peers, idols, and audiences to learn what feels on the horizon for the year ahead. We focused on 6 key questions:

• What’s a change you’re anticipating in the creative ecosystem? • Are there changes that concern you? What are they? • What makes you feel excited and optimistic as an artist? • Does 2025 feel like a year to give or receive? • Do you think it will be better or worse to be an artist in 2025 than in years past? • What’s a creative risk you want to take in 2025?

The result is a rich, forward-thinking publication that reflects the diverse and sometimes contradictory feelings of artists working across new media, performance, writing, image-making, design, cultural curation, and everything in between.

You can get your hands on one in two ways: as a limited edition newsprint (now available for US shipping) or a free digital PDF (available on Jan 29).

Share with friends, revisit periodically throughout the year, or send us your own thoughts. We love to chat.
